Shipping Policy
Any goods sent from our Los Angeles, USA warehouse or Czech Republic warehouse are duty-free, and you do not have to deal with the import duties. But there will be chances that goods sent to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Macedonia, Iceland from our Czech Republic warehouse and goods sent from our Chinese warehouse to your country may incur customs duties, according to the customs policy of your country.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government, as AlgoLaser has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.

International Shipping Policy
We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
