AlgoLaser Warranties and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe. 

1. 12 Months Limited Warranty

These AlgoLaser After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to AlgoLaser products you purchased from AlgoLaser authorized retailers for your own use and not for resale. By using your AlgoLaser product, you agree to be bound by these Policies.


For customers who purchased AlgoLaser products directly from our official websites: www.algolaser.com, we provide a 12-month warranty for every product from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting AlgoLaser’s tech support through http://www.algolaser.com/support. You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt and order number (for AlgoLaser Direct Sales) for the warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty.


2. Return and Refund Policy

1) Your package hasn't been shipped:

In this circumstance, please email us to cancel your order by store@algolaseraser.com within 24 hours. Through this way, you will get the total amount you paid. Please don’t open a chargeback, because that will prolong the refund process, and a portion of the handling fee (charged by your paying bank) will be deducted from your refund.


2) Your package is on the way:

In this circumstance, you should email us to intercept your package by store@algolaser.com as soon as possible. The product must fit the After-Sales policy and you will need to pay the shipping cost and a service fee that may incur. You will receive a refund for your purchase price and pay us the costs such as the return shipping cost, interception fees and additional duties incurred.


3) Your package has been received:

Unopened package(s) with its original receipt:

You will receive a refund for your purchase price but you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional duties that might incur.


Opened package(s), unused, with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged:

You will receive a refund for your purchase price, and pay us a 10% service fee as per selling price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional duties that might incur.


Within 30 days of receiving the product, unpacked, unused, with original receipt, all original materials and packaging, the product is damaged:

You will receive a refund of the purchase price and AlgoLaser is responsible for any return shipping costs and additional duties that may be incurred.


Opened package(s), used, unit no visible wear or damage, within 30 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original packaging and materials except the Proof Grade Materials, undamaged:

You will receive a refund for your purchase price, and pay us a 20% service fee as per selling price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional duties that might incur.


If you find any manufacturing defect, malfunction, or parts missing after receiving your machine between 30 days and 3 months of receipt: 

You will receive a refund for your purchase price, and pay us a 30% service fee as per selling price. And you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional duties that might incur.


Return Method

To return your product, please email us to get the shipping address, and we will give you a returned address. Depending on where you live, it may take different time for your ordered and exchanged product to reach you. We will also update the tracking number of your order by email so that you can get logistics information of your package.


Refund Arrival Time

After we receive the returned machine and check over, we will process the refund and send you the relevant proof by email, which usually takes 3-5 business days to process. All refunds are in US dollars. When the refund will reach your account also depends on the efficiency of your paying bank. If you haven’t received your refund for a long time after we process your refund, please check with the paying bank.

If you are approved of our policy, your refund will be processed. And please note that the percentage of service fee mentioned above is based on the total price of goods. If there are special circumstances, please email store@algolaser.com for help.


3. Maintenance Policy

Within the one-year warranty, if the product doesn't work properly and needs maintenance or repair, you can contact us to submit your request.

Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you request a maintenance service, the shipping fees of both return and resending the product and repair fees will be covered by us.


Exceeding 7 days but within one year of receiving the product, if you request a maintenance service, the shipping fee of returning the product needs to be covered by the customer, while the we’ll cover the repair fee and shipping fee of resending the product.


Maintenance Procedures

①Summit a request→②AlgoLaser provides a return address→③You return the product and provide its tracking number→④AlgoLaser receives the product and fix the problem(s)→⑤ AlgoLaser send the product and provide its tracking number→ ⑥ You receive product


Note: Usually we’ll return the product to your original delivery address, so if you changed address during product maintenance process, please provide the new address to us before we send the product.


4. What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover

× Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

× Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).

× The product has been received for more than 3 months.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Lost or stolen products.

× Free products

× Items that have expired their warranty period.

× Purchases from unauthorized resellers

× Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.

× Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

× Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.

× Failure of, or damage caused by, any third party products, including those that AlgoLaser may provide or integrate into the AlgoLaser product at your request.

× Damage resulting from any non-AlgoLaser technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation.

× Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.


5. Limitation of Liability

When receiving service, AlgoLaser is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in AlgoLaser’s possession or in transit, if AlgoLaser is responsible for transportation. Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall AlgoLaser, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability: 1)Third party claims against you for damages; 2) Special , incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no case shall the total liability of AlgoLaser, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product. The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damage to real property or damage to tangible personal property for which algolaser is liable under law.

As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


6. Limitation of Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, AlgoLaser disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including: (a) Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; and (b) Any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade. the algolaser entities do not warrant, except as expressly provided in algolaser limited warranty, that the product, product accessories, or any portion of the product, or any materials, will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Should such warranties cannot be disclaimed, AlgoLaser limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at AlgoLaser's option, the repair or replacement services provided in this limited warranty.

Some jurisdictions may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.



7. Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with AlgoLaser. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
