When using the RR3, you must enable ARR (rotary) mode in the machine settings or select “Roller” mode in LightBurn.

In this mode, the homing function is disabled by design, as it is not required during rotary engraving.

After finishing with the RR3, remember to restore the machine settings to normal (flat engraving mode).

Please check whether the machine is set to ARR mode.

Go to Laser Tools → Rotary Setup

Verify that all parameters are correctly entered

Make sure “Enable Rotary” is turned on

Please check whether the RR3 is installed in the correct direction according to the user manual.

The RR3 can be compatible with some third-party machines that use a 6-pin Y-axis motor cable.

Use the cable labeled “Customize”
