Q1 : What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve your DIY KIT MK3 before the official launch. By ordering during the pre-order period, you'll secure exclusive launch pricing and Founder Rewards that won't be available after the campaign ends.

Q2 : When will my order ship?

 Estimated shipping schedule:

  • Europe: Orders are expected to ship from our China warehouse in late July to early August, with free shipping and no import duties.
  • United States: Orders are expected to ship from our US warehouse in mid-August, with free shipping and no import duties.
  • Other Regions: Orders will be shipped from our China warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Q3 : Does the DIY KIT MK3 come with a warranty?

Yes. DIY KIT MK3 is covered by our one year warranty and customer support, just like all AlgoLaser products.

Q4 : What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our support team (store@algolaser.com)as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist with order changes or cancellations.

Q5 : Do I need to add the bonus gifts to my cart?

No. If your order qualifies for Founder Rewards, our customer support team will automatically add the eligible bonus gifts during order review. There's no need to add them to your cart or use a coupon code.

Q6 : How do I know which Founder Reward tier I'm in?

Our Founder Reward tiers are updated in real time throughout the pre-order campaign.

When a tier reaches its limit (for example, the first 50 orders), it will be marked as Sold Out and displayed in gray on the pre-order page. If a tier is still shown as active, it means spots are still available and your order will qualify for that reward tier.

To secure the best rewards, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
